The faculties at XIME kochi included the mix of both experienced as well as fresher level teachers or not very much qualified and effective teachers. But all are highly approachable and are very caring and loving. They are always ready to give personal assistant whenever any student needs it. Paper pattern includes open book pattern for few subjects and includes real life project based learning system. The college has access to harvard business csse studies and simulations which only few colleges offers. Overall the learning opportunities are enormous. The exams are mostly practical and application based only. The finance faculty are exceptionally good. Students gets lot of opportunities to take part in various management fest outside of the college also.

Faculty to student ratio is 1:6. They are very supportive and always ready to help us. If students are in any trouble, they are always ready tohelp. Their teaching effectiveness is also good. Overall they are very good and helpful.

The faculty of the college are experienced and well known about their subject. The knowledge of the faculty is good there are extremely qualified teacher but also some under qualified teacher also. The faculty are cooperative in nature.
