I am in civil engineering and I talk about civil engineering placement is not much better than other departments' placement Personally my college has no issues with colleges members and another job year by year improving their part and giving the best to students by their performance in gtu in last 2 years. So the placement of our college some departments like computer, electronics and communication, and electrical department get best placement in their particular job salary.

The college have arranged the internship like 1) Innovation and Entrepreneurship 2) Energy and environment 3) Soft skills 4) Field visit 5) Technical report writing skills Etc For 1st year students.

Only few companies visit to college for campus placement that too in only computer science nd electronics branch. The placement process is not too good as their is no placement department in the college as it is Govt. Institution bt teachers hlp out by providing their refrences to various companies.

Noo, our college is government, so. Even also. There is no campus selection in our college our principal will do not try that. With past 13 batch students.
