Ya , for people who are eligible as parents must not be government employee and should be in merit position.at the end of year get 70000 and will get every year.i am eligible for scholarship and loan is also possible.

Yup scholarships are being availed for many students in my class but not me.Through scholarships students get their entire fee back. To get scholarships in our state, the parents annual income should be less .
