When I was in college there was no and such scholarship system. But I was in management quota. But if have more then 70 % in 10th.
Then you can fill up form for Engineering scholarship.
Also college not provided any loans.

Fees and Financial Aid:
I got scholarship of 20 k which my fees where 40k i got half of them back through ebc which government provides through every student who have below 2 lac anual income for general. If yo are in caste you get good schorlarship.
