JNTUA College of Engineering Kalikiri Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The students became eligible for campus placements in their final year, some of them continue their studies in mtech or MBA and most people choose offline placements, the highest package is around 8L per annum

From the 3rd year, the students become eligible for placement opportunities. The companies that visited our college are efftronics, Codnext, etc. There were some Students placed from ece and I will become a software developer

If you are in the 7th sem then you will be eligible for campus placements. In our college, only some MNCs like HCL are interested but they consider only CSE and ECE students. They will also not take many students, only a limited number of students will be placed. The highest package that is offered is 10 LPA in BYJUS, lowest will be 3 LPA in L&T private limited, but these are not in on-campus placements. Less than 40 % will get placed in On-compass from our college. After getting my degree, I got a job in INFOSYS. while coming to placements this college is not as good as other colleges.

From the 6th semester, students are eligible for campus placements but the student should have zero backlogs. Infosys, Wipro, tata, cognizant and many other companies are visited in our college The highest package is 8lpa for the minimum students The average salary is 4.5 lpa But there is no guarantee and less chances to the placements for mech, civil, food technology students The students should have 70 percentage to eligible for the placements My plan after getting the degree is to do job with the decent package

I chose this course because I am very much interested in the food sector The faculty is not much good they are not well experienced Faculty qualification is just MTech It is easy to pass exam and there to two semesters per year

I chose this course because of different from other b.tech courses. In this course, we will study the subjects related to food which are interesting. There is good faculty who are talented and well educated. They are M. Tech qualified.

IT sector students get more opportunities in campus placement. Non-IT sector gets very less opportunities on the core side. Companies like Capgemini, TCS, Wipro etc., come to hire the students. The highest package of the college is 6LPA.

Because this is the emerging branch in all departments that why I choose this branch the faculty was so bad then compare to students' knowledge from M tech background the teaching was not good it was not easy to pass the subjects due to jntu correction.

Campus placements are done online. No companies are visiting our college but they will help us with the placement cell. Many of our friends are placed on TCS, INFOSYS, CAPGEMINI, and WIPRO. From the 3rd-year 2nd semester, we are eligible for applying for jobs.

I joined the Mechanical engineering branch and all the labs related to this branch are good and this College has good infrastructure. All the faculty are well qualified and with proper guidance, they take the students forward.
