Our batch consisted of 28 students and 40 recruiters took part in the placement process. We were offered managerial level jobs in various domains of the industry. 5 students of our batch were recruited by Accenture. Other top recruiters were FIITJEE, Ernst & Young, etc.

Yes, During the summer placements drive, many reputable companies had visited namely Dabur, E&Y, Google, HP, HSBC, etc and offered internships to eligible students. The higjest stipend offered INR 3.5 Lakhs for 2 months and the average stood at INR 1 lakhs for 2 months.

Summer internships are offered after the completion of 4th semester. The internships are offered by the partnered recruiters for the duration of 8 weeks and stipend is also given for the performance. IIM Noida gives proper training for the internship program to enhance the resume.

A total of 17 recruiters have participated in the summer internship process of IIM Lucknow, Noida Campus, and offered 35 roles in various functional areas. Business Development and Consulting emerged as the top recruiting areas. Some of the top recruiters are Tech Mahindra, TATA Motors, MoriningStar, Apollo Hospitals, Aditya Birla Retail, Valluri, and Yes Bank.

The highest stipend offered at IIM Lucknow Noida campus spiked at 2.5 Lakh Per Month for the summer placements, while the median stipend was 1.2 Lakh per month and the average stipend offered was 1.1 lakh per month.

75 companies visited our college as recruiters, with offers matching our career expectations. This program trained us so well that we could pass the recruitment interviews easily. The average package offered was INR 18,82,000 LPA. Most of my batchmates got higher positions in their preferred industries and some like me chose to shift industries. I got a good offer of 20 LPA in consulting, and I am working there to this day.

We had an international immersion program as there are many international B-schools IIMs collaborate with. Still, there were no internships as the program is specially for working professionals and heavily focuses on live projects, daily quizzes and case studies.

Being one of the premier institutes in the country, placement opportunities are immense. Students get placed each year and are satisfied with the placements they get. They enjoy their work. Students do internships which are handy and provide a lot of experience and exposure to the students.

Our institute holds a good placement record by placing various students in reputed organizations at good salary packages. The highest CTC offered was was Rs 58.47 lakh and the highest domestic CTC offered was Rs 54 lakh. More than 140 domestic and international recruiters came for the placement drive. The candidates were offered roles in various segments like consulting, operations/IT , general management, sales and marketing, finance . Some of the top recruiters were Airtel, Asian Paints, Bajaj Auto, Cipla, Colgate Palmolive, Goldman Sachs, ICICI Securities and many more.

Placements at IIM Lucknow are great. We have companies ranging from the FMCG sector to finance, all visiting our campus for students and that too, with really decent packages. We also have Internship opportunities. In fact, Internships are necessary to complete the course.
