Faculty:
Faculty-to-Student Ratio: The ratio is approximately 1:25 to 1:30, which is standard for polytechnic colleges. In some first-year batches, it may feel higher (closer to 1:60), but it balances out in specialized departmental subjects.
Approachability: Most students describe the teachers as "supportive" and "kind." They are known for clearing doubts even outside lecture hours. However, like any large college, a small minority of students find certain senior staff to be strict or "traditional" regarding discipline (e.g., attendance and grooming).
Highly Regarded Faculty: * Mrs. Cissy Shaji (HOD, Chemical) is frequently cited for her leadership and polite nature.
Faculty members like Dr. Bagal and Dr. Sona are often recommended for projects because they provide excellent industry exposure.
The Computer and IT departments are often praised for having staff who are well-versed in the latest "K-Scheme" curriculum.
