There is no fee hike after you take admission. The Maharashtra government give scholarship according to the eligibility of candidates and the central government also give scholarship. You can apply for an education loan also.

In my college the overall fees for each student is 82000 rs but for general category student gives 45000 rs because scholarship is given by government and book notes and college uniform, many other activities.
