Admission to HALMA Bangalore is done based on on HMA test which is scheduled for August 2nd 2024. And, yes HAL Bangalore does offer hostel facilities to the students.
To persue any course in Aviation field, you must have completed Graduation. Therefore, you are not eligible with only secondary qualification.
