- 2nd thing I like is that you get guidance form your senior chefs and other personals regarding this industry

- The third thing is that since this I a working hotel not all your doubts are solved and the time to learn in the different departments is less(1 month for one kitchen then you move to the next kitchen).
Faculty:
Since this is a working hotel all the people are working professionals and master in their field. There will be 5 students (learning and working) in one kitchen and the approximately 8-9 working chefs of that kitchen. Apart from the chef you can learn from exicutive chefs and sous chefs.
