Also 3 month internship is provided in primary health care centre to treat patients and gain more about the various diseases ...

Yes, there is 1 year of a college internship. College provides the internship of 1 year. And stipend given for that is 11000/-. The workload is too much during your internship that u can even don't get sufficient sleep. You have to be very hardworking for that.
