there is no such placement named thing which you don't get in most of the government colleges that they lack in providing the quality of placements to their students.
yes but the college do provide internships and some of the are paid but they are very knowledgeable and fun for us.

the college don't focus much on the placement of the students which i think according to me have a mixed opinion about it, mostly doctors operate on their own clinics and those doctors who wanted to work in a hospital can apply to the particular hospital directly, many of the students are hired on the basis of their internships which is also a good thing.
