I opted for a PhD from Central Institute of Post Harvest Engineering and Technology due to its recognition in the field of harvesting technology.The institute conducts its own entrance exam for admission in this course coupled with marks obtained in last qualifying examination

The admission in this college is quite tough, as being a government college. Either we can enter through NET examination or through Integrated entrance exam of the institute. I joined this institute for my course and have done my Msc from other college. We can apply online for admission and the entrance fees is also very low, exam was conducted on a large scale through out the state and then there will be process of certificate verification. There is a lot of competition for this college as it?s one of the best Institute for agricultural studies and students all over the nation try to get into this college.

As our college have only good and positive atmosphere with almost in all perspective area in the subject and studies as the department would consult with all the staff concern subject and past and present student to go through the subject and topics related to studies to the student to cover the latest feeds and enrich the student knowledge and college maintenance would go through the other facilities in student like go green plastic free campus hygienic canteen etc.

The college is not only academically excellent but also has some amazing infrastructure and facilities available for students, spacious classrooms, guest rooms, different labs for different practical activities, and also a food testing lab etc.

This college is just great for all those who want to pursue Ph.D in Post Harvest Engineering and Technology. We have a huge library stuffed with a lot of educational as well as other literary books, also a food testing lab and a guest house.

Overall the college is good and very learning and have a studious environment , students will enjoy spending their time learning and knowing many things ,it provides all the facilities for the students with proper droms and all the mess facilities.

The college conduct an examination so that the students of PhD can get admission so you first have to fill the application form and then clear the examination to get admitted in the institution as a student

The first step is filling of the application form and then there is a exam conducted by the institution called CIPMET examination which you have to clear to get admission. Your marks in the exams will decide your admission
