Asian College of Journalism Chennai Hostel For Male

Fee: ₹1,35,700

Residential accommodation on the campus for the period July 2026 to April 2027 (both months inclusive) will cost INR 1,29,800/- inclusive of GST @ 18%.

Accommodation at the Annexe for the period July 2026 to April 2027 (both months inclusive) will cost INR 1,35,700/- inclusive of GST @ 18%.

The cost of food for the year will be INR 1,32,400/- inclusive of GST @ 18%.

Every student has to pay a caution deposit of INR 10,000/-, which will be returned, after deductions for liabilities, if any, at the end of the year.

Students who opt for accommodation should send an advance of INR 15,000/- with their lock-in advance of tuition fees. Accommodation will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. The balance, inclusive of caution deposit, should be paid along with the final installment of tuition fees.

You only ACJ once

Hostel Facilities:

Hostel facility provided is actually worth the money. One room accomodates four people and one shared bathroom. Rooms are airconditoned and is cleaned and well kept by staffs everyday. Every floor has a fridge, microwave, purifier and a washing machine. The message food is also good.

Hostel Facilities:

The hotel life is the most amazing part of the process. You get to share life with the most brilliant people from different fronts and share their life for ten good months. We eat, share, study, and work on the projects together and in the evenings we go to the beach to discuss life's existential crisis.

Hostel Facilities:

There is an on-campus hostel available. The residential accommodation fees from July to April, i.e. the 1 year course period, is Rs.85,000. The accommodation at annexe for the same time period id Rs.1,20,000. The whole year food charges are Rs.76,000. Students who opt for accommodation have to send Rs.50,000 along with the first installment.

The best J-school in India

Campus Life:

Girls ratio is more than boys. Three floors were given to girls and one to boys. Campus life is good. There is wi-fi, a lush-green garden, TT and badminton court. Infrastructure is awesome and it seems you are not in India. It is too beautiful. Only a problem in hostel part is that boys can easily enter girls' one and vice versa.
