There is no such things as placement in this field but yes there is good job opportunities out there for a BDS graduate. My college does provide internship for the students for its students and other colleges students college. At first the stipend was not given but now they have started giving it.

College internship went good. Gave me some really nice learning but we didn't get the stipend. Stipend is one things that I regret not getting. Not only me, but neither student got. It's not in college management, Else internship was good experience.
