The faculty strength of the college is about 25-30 Faculty and all with a good experience of 10-15 Years in the Hotel Industry. We were provided equal numbers of theory as well as practical lectures. Every Lecturer taught us with their whole life experience and that too they would help us after lectures also.

The faculty in this college is undoubtedly the best and efficiently trained to teach the subject and students. Unlike any other colleges which don't even have enough faculty to teach, this college even has visiting faculty apart from the permanent faculty for every subject. They all are industry trained with excellent experience.

Most of the faculties in Anjuman I Islam Hotel management college was less of practical experience in hotels (except staff in Kitchen). Front office faculty was good. Mr Stephan gave us practical knowledge. Kitchen practical staff was were good as they were having many years of experience. Housekeeping staff was not up to the mark , since the subject itself has nothing more or any new to learn about.

All of them were IHM pass outs and Graduates with a similar degree. Also specialists from Finance, Economics and Business Management were a part of the three years schedule.

They were quite cool actually. Some of the faculty are so good u may nt forget them ever. Once u meet them. Specially all the CHEFS are awesome. U may nt like the Food and beverages faculty's attitude bt it is a part of hotel industry u have to bear different types of attitude if you want to survive in hotel industry.
