I have not asked for any kind of loan facility or taken it myself so I cannot comment on this query. All I know is they do help in a delay in instalments if the case is genuine and also waive of penalties.

The college management donot provide any kind of scholaships. The loan is provided by punjab national bank but approving the loan could be a very hectic task for individuals. You can also get a loan from private banks.

There is no such provision I'm aware of. To avail loan you need to provide college prospectus for loan. You can only get loan after showing that it is affiliated to mewar university, Rajasthan.
