In my college we have 3 subjects of My course my teaching staff is 4 members 2 for cooking and 1 for English and 1 for hygiene we have only 1 semister in the year it conducted in march i like my chef Rajender Sir because of is never give up attitude
As they have expirenced the work they will figure to work with intelligence and new technic that are veery terending people will love new dishes they will explain the methods not the dish they teach the process
They're very good.as I have already said everyone in faculty having 10+ years experience and our principal have 20+ years experience in hotel industry.he is one of the big names in hotel industry worked Taj group previously.
