RTG Animate Animation Academy was established in the year of 2005 along with an aim to provide a creative environment for students who wish to pursue a career in the field of Animation.  The college is affiliated to the KSOU which is a state Government University and approved by the University Grant Commission (UGC), Ministry of HRD and the Government of India.

The mission of the college is to provide professional training to the students to become great animators.
