Al Shifa College of Pharmacy is Medical Institute situated in Perinthalmanna. It was established in year 2002 and is affiliated to Kerala University of Health and Science. It offers various pharmacy courses at undergraduate, postgraduate, doctoral and diploma level.

- The selection process for admission in M.Pharm course is through the centralized selection and admission process by the Kerala self-financing B.Pharma Management Association (KSSBCMA).
- To get admission in Pharm D, candidate must be a pass in 10+2 with PCM/B subjects obtaining minimum 50% aggregate marks.
- To get admission in Pharm D (PB), candidate should have passed B.Pharm from institution approved by PCI under section 12 of Pharmacy Act.
- The admission for Pharm D (PB) is done through GPAT rank or state level entrance test or B.Pharm percentage.
- For admission in Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) course, candidate should have passed Higher Secondary (10+2) with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects and Mathematics or Biology as optional subjects or equivalent from Kerala state or Higher Secondary pass from CBSE Board.

The college offers B.Pharm course at undergraduate level. The students who wish to get admission for this course should have completed 10 + 2 with Chemistry and Physics as compulsory subjects and Maths or Biology as optional subjects. Al Shifa College Perinthalmanna offers two courses at the doctoral level- Pharm D and Pharm D Post Baccalaureate (PB).

The students who have completed Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) from a university approved by PCI are also eligible to apply for this course. Students should have obtained at least 50% marks in their 10+2 or Diploma. Any other qualification approved by PCI is also acceptable by the college as minimum eligibility criteria.
The students can also go for the course Pharm D (PB). The eligibility for this course is B.Pharm from a University approved by PCI with at least 50% marks.
