NIPER provides comprehensive scholarship opportunities for its students, funded by both the AAPS fund for pharmaceutical research and government sources. M.S. students receive a stipend of INR 8,000 per month, while Ph.D. students receive INR 18,000 to 30,000 per month. Additionally, there are scholarships for outstanding students each semester. The tuition fee for the M.S. program at NIPER is INR 1.05 lakhs for the first semester and INR 53,500 for each of the subsequent three semesters, totaling approximately INR 2.6 lakhs over two years.
A stipend of INR 12,400 per month is also mentioned for some students. Education loans are available from Indian banks, and NIPER offers fellowship advances on a loan basis for students whose scholarships are delayed.
