Nehru College of Pharmacy was founded in the year 2003 and is located in Thrissur, Kerala. NCP is affiliated with Kerala University of Health and Sciences (KUHS).

Nehru College of Pharmacy offers a 3-year B.Pharm course with the intake of 100 candidates, a 2-year D.Pharm with the intake of 60 candidates at the UG and Diploma level. The college also offers a 2-year M.Pharm in 6 specializations with 18 seats in each discipline, and a 6-year Pharm.D with the intake of 30 seats at the PG and doctorate level.

Candidates can apply offline for admission to any UG, PG, Diploma, or Doctoral program. The application form is available offline at the principal’s office.
Candidates who have passed 10+2 in Science stream with minimum 50% marks are eligible to apply for admission to B.Pharm.
The minimum eligibility requirement for admission to D.Pharm course is to pass 10+2 in Science stream from a recognized board.
Candidates who have completed B.Pharm course are considered eligible to get admission to the M.Pharm program.
Applicants who are willing to do Pharm.D should have passed 10+2 with at least 50% marks to be eligible.
Admission to any of the courses offered by the college on the basis of the candidate’s marks obtained in the qualifying examination, and on the verification of the mandatory documents.

Nehru College of Pharmacy B.Pharm and D.Pharm Admission 2024

Nehru College of Pharmacy offers a B.Pharm of 4-year duration with the intake of 100 candidates and D.Pharm of 2-year duration with a total number of 60 seats in its curriculum.

Candidates who have passed 10+2 in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Biology with minimum 50% marks (45% for the reserved category) are eligible to apply for B.Pharm. Those who have completed 10+2 in Science stream from a recognized board are considered eligible to get admission to D.Pharm.

Admission to B.Pharm and D.Pharm is given on the basis of the merit in the qualifying examination only after the verification of the mandatory documents.

Nehru College of Pharmacy offers M.Pharm of 2-year duration with 6 specializations and intake of 18 candidates in each specialization. Candidates should have passed B.Pharm from a recognized university to apply for admission to the M.Pharm.

Admission to the program is given on the basis of candidate’s merit in the qualifying examination.

Nehru College of Pharmacy Pharm.D Admission 2024

The college also offers Pharm.D program of 6-year duration with total 30 seats. Candidates who have completed 10+2 in Science stream with minimum 50% marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Mathematics taken together are considered eligible to join the course.

Admission to the program is given strictly on the basis of percentage scored in the qualifying examination, on eligibility, and verification of the documents.

Nehru College of Pharmacy Application Process 2024

Candidates applying for any of the courses can submit the application form offline. The form is made available at the principal’s office. It must be submitted to the principal along with the documents and DD. Here are the steps to apply:

Go to the principal’s office and collect the application form.
Fill in all the details carefully
Attach all the mandatory documents
Pay the application fee of INR 250 either in cash or through DD favoring “Nehru College of Pharmacy” payable at Pambady.
Submit it to the principal of the college.

Keam exams are to be written to get into a college to study B.pharm . It is a competitive exam and it is indeed quite difficult to crack and it's very informative we get to understand quite a lot of things

No I didn't. I got into in merit and usually there are no interview or anything like that.In case of any kind of interview usually every college heads ask why this course and why this college?

Came to know about the college through a friend.Contacted admission office in the main campus.The college contacted me back.I attended interview in the main campus along with my 10th and 12th mark list. Admission is mainly based on 12th mark

Just an average college,not a good college life tho

Admission:

Getting an admission in this college is so easy that ,by giving the donation fees,and just a small round of interview with some easy questions and submitting your certificates , interview is just some sorta boasting kinda.

Admission:

I directly contacted the college thtough phone. They asked me to come over and so I did. The college had a minimal percentage of 80 as their eligibility criteria for getting admitted. I had to fill up a form regarding my academics in the past. The college then contacted me later for an interview. The interview was conducted by the faculty. Later on I was informed that I was selected and admission procedure included filling up of forms, submitting my certificates.
