The faculty here is pretty good they give their best while teaching.
Placement of our college is good they provide any provide maximum job opportunities to the student our college is very good in placing their student at a good place various companies like microsoft, google
You belong to the ews section or any other category you can easily apply for a respective state government scholarship if you are eligible for that college will definitely help.

Dislikes

Yes of course college provide hostel facilities for first to third year hostel fees is on average 1 lakh per annum but when it comes to mess it is very poor food quality is not good here.
Admission was ok but there is so many problems on physical reporting days .i faced a lot of struggle in admision .
College never do such celebration type fest in my college and district too much hacked job for student in the second problem is that there is no proper organisation.studends get disturbed by assignment.

What makes NIET different and why you should choose it

Likes

Teaching here , study is always the priority and smart learning like M tutor classes and MOOQs cources
We don't have very much pressure and can manage our time for our extra curricular activities like sports or other field preparation
I am perfectly engaging myself with the college life ,campus is very small faculties are very good in teaching

Dislikes

Very small infrastructure, only a small canteen small ground for sports, though Freshers was not culture here it started this year
Campus has medical facilities which is a very helpful part but the timings are an issue.
Very old buildings here and less concerts

Tech students More than 85% of students get placed every year NIET also offers international placements for MBA students in Dubai Other details NIET is known for its holistic and industry-oriented learning NIET is ranked among the best B. Tech colleges for placements NIET's Pharmacy Institute was ranked 40th in All India by NIRF in 2023 NIET's overall NIRF ranking in 2024 was #151-200 . 80% students gets placed here . highest placed students are from AIML branch. My plan is to apply in government fields for jobs.

NIET an autonomus

Likes

It is an autonomus institute which benefits us by new and updated curriculum.
They are more focused on study, carre growth and skill.
More than 30 plus club are present, which help you to upskill in every field.

Dislikes

Satuday classes will run, which feels sometime frustrated.
You are not allowed to stay at college hostel during classes, however what the reason.
There is no pre update of any holiday or off, which help us to book tickets.

Placement Experience:

From 4th to 5th semester student are ready to get placement and internship offer. But if student try to internship on any valid company then they apply from 1st semester. There is no boundation but company must be valid.

I love my college

Likes

Teachers are so educated they provide us path for our upcoming future.
Environment is so good all the faculties are of friendly nature .
I liked the infrastructure of our college and the quality of teaching that our teacher provide us in this college they put a 85 percent Attennce criteria which good.

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike in the college .
Nothing to dislike in the college the only this is that area is little bit short
Nothing to dislike in the college only one thing the area of college is little bit short

Currently from some year more companies are comming in this college for placement because our college has increased the level of students they want to placed each and every student of this college. That's why some good company are comming in our college and the rate of placement of our college has increased.

Likes

Teachers teachers are very good and friendly they tell everything related to studies
Placement are good in noida average pakage is 7 lakh which is good
Course structure is good and very much related to industry

Dislikes

Campus size and infrastructure very poor infrastructure and very small college
Official work take forever to complete and you have to Wait in line
Canteen as there are not soo many canteen in our college

Curriculum is very good as our college is autonomous and make its own curriculum and which is very innovative and it have many skill based classes like cad communication and many foreign language classes and it has many tech related classes

I like about this college which is most Niet is autonomous college in Aktu
In our college faculty is extremely supportive
In first year test and exams are on regular basis

Dislikes

in first year hostel is Away from the Classroom
This college is so so strict and more focus on Academics rather than Skills
If you are in niet then don't expect much holiday from here

If We talk about the placements Then average package of this college is 7 lakh per annum and After 3rd year u have opportunity to Appear in the placement cell Many companies come here like Amazon Capgeminie Accenture Z scalar Ey Paloalto Autodesk.

A better approach to gives new technology and idea and this provides only useful subject to learn
And its a autonomous college so , there's all exams conducted by itself
And there average placement was also good in comparison of other college's

Dislikes

Campus area was very short but only in first year
And they follow very strict rules and regulations
And here eighty five percent attendance was mandatory

The overall placement was good in this college and companies are also come at the time of placement but if you want to attend placement than you have to maintain minimum 7 cgpa , the average pakage in last year was approx 6-7 lpa

Placement of this college is good as it is in prime location in greater noida
Teachers are good atleast in my case the teachers i get is good
Clubs there are lot of clubs in niet both technical and non technical

Dislikes

College size college is very small it can be compared to schools
Official work it take forever to complete the official work
Attendence it has 85 percentage attendance compulsory if not then you will be detained

Placement Experience:

There are placements our average pakage is 7 lakhs per annum and last year 78 percentage students got placed and many types of company come hear like product based company and some big companies may also come like autodesk

The journey as a fresher at Niet

Likes

I liked the most the well planned course according to the latest market needs.
I liked the faculties the most as they are supportive
The course also comes with Communication for career enhancement that enhance the english speaking.

Dislikes

The hostel faculty is very strict and resists to go after 6 pm
The campus is too small so there is no space for organising fests at a larger level
The library for the first year students is too small.

Placement Experience:

From the last of the 6 semester the students are eligible for the college placement and the companies visited here are Wipro, Infosys, TCS. The highest package is of 50 lpa whereas the average is about 5-6 lakhs

First thing it's a autonomous college so that the preparation for the exam's is much easier as compare to AKTU
All the seniors are very supportive and helpful for juniors and Even they help in presenting projects
As an autonomous institute the course designed here is well planned it consists of many digital software such as auto CAD, subjects like design thinking and also provide CCE(comunication for carrier enhancement) for communication development

Dislikes

College campus is little bit smaller than other also the first year students are separated to a different campus
The hostel faculty is very strict even the timing for the outgoing is only for 6pm
The hostel building is under construction and even though the students have to live in these buildings

Placement Experience:

The eligibility criteria to eligible for the campus placement is 6th semester and the companies visited to the campus were Deloitte, Wipro, Infosys. The highest placement was 50lakhs, the average package is 5 to 6 lakhs and many students are offered more than one offers also some are not giving the chance to participate in the campus placement interviews.

Dislikes

Both the campus have bad infrastructures.
Canteens present in college do not serve good food or benefits our health
Classes do not contain air conditioner and we die out of heat in summers

Noida Institute of Engineering and Technology is affiliated to Abdul Kalam Technical University, offers Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses Engineering, Management, and Pharmacy. The campus is spread across an area of 13.90 acres and ranked 49th by the NIRF among top engineering colleges ranking 2020. The college is ranked 1st position in Greater Noida and 11th position by The Times of India Best Placement Colleges in North India.

Admission:

Admission is given on the basis of marks secured in UPSEE (Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination) conducted by AKTU.
The cut off required for admission in CSE ranged from 23987-34341 whereas, for IT, it was 39557-57731.
Students must have completed 12th class(minimum 45%) in the Science stream, to be eligible for UG courses.
Students must hold a Bachelor’s degree for admission into PG courses.

Course and fees:

The course fees for BTech costs around 4.6 lakh for 4 years that includes tuition fees, application fees, hostel, mess, and other necessities.
For MTech, it costs around 1.77 lakh for 2 years.
