Practical laboratories and equipments availability
College campus, it has all required rooms and facilities for practical & theory
There's a herbal garden, it has many types of trees and herbs

Placement Experience:

Till now there's no placements had came to our college in the year 2023-24 . Yeah but there's notifications about placements industries in our group. After this you can go for mpharm, Pharm D . You can also eligible to apply for government pharmacist and drug inspector.

The things liked about this institute is best guidance of the teachers. Excellent study environment and great work ethics among the students.

Dislikes

The increasing fees after 2 years affects the economic states of the studing students.

Placement Experience:

In the time of 7th semester of the students can attend the placements. The companies such as maned Plattes pharmacy, Aurobindo Pharma Ltd, Wipro, mankind companies visited for the campus selection. 30% of students attained a place in the industries through the placement selection.

BEST CHOICE

Likes

Supportive faculty members and other support staffs .
Course fees are minimal and facilities provided are good.
Practical facilities are better than any where else at this level .

Dislikes

Campus could have been bigger for such a good number of students.
Placement interviews are bit less , though sufficient.
Hostel facilities could have been better ait this prize range .

Placement Experience:

Academic is so strong here that almost every student finds it easy to crack placement interviews . College helps students with are numerous amount of placement drives towards the end of the course and helps then build a successful future

Best teaching staffs and their behaviour.
I also like the premises and building of this college
I am also like the annual function of the college.i.e ELIXIR

Dislikes

College campus is to short as compared to other colleges
Foods of the canteen is not tasty.and canteen is too small

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am interested in chemistry and biology so I choose this course. All facilities prepare the students well and also prepare for future entrance exam like gpat and gate Advanced practical instruments are kept practical lab. Each semester exam are done in 4 - 6 months.

Likes

Faculties of this college are well experienced
Course is hard but also interesting. Practical labs are great
Infrastructure is great and also have a beautiful herbal garden.

Dislikes

College has short campus and also in a distant from the market.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum was great. I love this course. It helps us to make people feel better from disease conditions and also provide relief from diseases. It has great influence in our day do day life. Practical labs are great and we enjoy doing all the practical and theoretical studies.

Roland institute of Pharmaceutical sciences in my views

Likes

The library is peaceful and you can get lot's of book related to our profession.
Faculties are motivating and they also help to perform extracurricular activities

Dislikes

The classrooms are not connected with ACs and in summer days this feels uneasy.
More infrastructure need to be developed.

Placement Experience:

Previously Nestle company came for nutritional officer post but, students didn't go as it was far from odisha. Currently GSK, Granules like companies yet to come. Basically if you need placement you have to contact placement coordinator so that he will arrange placement drive if more students are interested.

Our college staff career guidance providing technical knowledge
Organise sports celebrate all social celebration

Dislikes

College haven't any air conditioner facilities
The DG was not worked properly computers are not worked properly
The College environment is not friendly for introverts

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible in final year for campus placements before that our college providing medical internship also organise industrial tour for the students. Provides career guidance which is helpful for future aspects

My journey in RIPS.

Likes

Proper classes with good amount of knowledge is gained.
Infrastructure is good but it could be much better.
Teachers are very humble and well behaved and are vert knowledgeable.

Dislikes

Placements with very low package at least 4.5 lakh should be there.
Canteen food is not satisfactory so they should focus on it.
Transportation problem as college doesn't provide bus.

Placement Experience:

A student is eligible for campus Placement in their final year. It would be much better if there will be placements of medicak coding, pv, clinical research related jobs . Recently MacLeod company came and some students were selected.

MY COLLEGE MY BEST CHOICE

Likes

Educational facilities provided within the academic period .
Housing and hostel facility at a very low cost.
Central library for all students and the diversity of books available.

Dislikes

Strictness in study aspect as well as in co-curricular activities.
Placement cell can improve their facilities.
Campus is little small for such a huge number of students.

Placement Experience:

Every year 2 semister exams are conducted in accordance to the course for 4years . Different exams are conducted for various competative point of view. At the end of the course college helps us with a good amount of campus placements with renouned companies.

Likes

Teachers are helpful and motivating. Exams are conducted strictly
Different pharmacy related days are celebrated.
Instruments and practical equipments are lot, you can continue your project work smoothly here.

Dislikes

Placements are not that much good. You have to talk to teachers then only they will invite companies.
Course are incomplete, not that much but few things are left.
Infrastructure should be developed more.

Placement Experience:

In this year 2024, nearly 3 companies yet to come namely GSK, Granules and Macleods. Most of B. Pharm graduate prefer higher degree. If more students want placements then college will bring more companies. My plans is to pursue for higher studies in pharmacology.
