GalacticGuardianI might get down voted but my Jee teachers told that big coaching companies go to institutes like IIIT KOTA for both tech roles and teacher recruiting. If you're good then they give at least 12lpa to 15lpa after 1-2 years of experience and good results. You can always have that as backup
