The NIT Warangal BTech CSE Admission is conducted through JEE Main. BTech CSE cut off from JoSAA are released after the round-wise seat allotments. In the previous year, the cut-off for NIT Warangal for CSE for the HS quota was 3115, and the QS quota was 2413. Regardless of the stream, a rank below 5000 is generally considered safe to get into NITs.

The expected NIT Warangal BTech CSE cutoffs for the 2024 admissions are as follows:

  • General category: 1894 to 3115
  • Economically Weaker Section (EWS): 353 to 466
  • OBC NCL: 650 to 974
  • SC: 350 to 719
  • ST: 34 to 78

BTech CSE or BTech Computer Science and Engineering is available in 31 NITs in India. The top 2,50,000 students in JEE Main can apply for JEE Advanced. JoSAA is a common counselling procedure used to manage and control the joint seat allocation for admissions to 97 institutes, including 31 NITs. Candidates who pass the JEE Main or JEE Advanced exams are eligible to participate in the JoSAA counselling procedure for NIT admission.

I chose this course because since everything is being digitised there is going to be a huge requirement of people who can keep all the data safe, I believe this course will help me be on of the professionals who would contribute to safekeeping of digital data. Each class has about 50 students and there are different teachers for every subject. Most of the faculty has done their PhD and most of them know what they're talking about.
