Last year almost 32,630 students registered, out of which 31,608 were selected. According to the data of admission committee, 23,645 were male, and remaining 7,963 were female students. What are Gujarat ACPC 2025 Eligibility Criteria?
The eligibility criteria have been defined for different courses as follows:
Age Limit
No age bar has been set to apply for Gujarat ACPC 2025 admission
Domicile Criteria
Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply for Gujarat ACPC 2025. Also, the domicile status must be of Gujarat state.
Educational Qualifications
The educational qualifications have been set for different courses as follows:

| B.E. or BTech | Must have passed the Higher Secondary Certificate (or class 12) exam with 45% minimum marks and 40% marks (if you are from reserved categories). Appeared in GUJCET entrance exam |
| Pharmacy | Cleared the Higher Secondary Certificate with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects and 1 optional subject must have been chosen. The minimum qualifying marks are the same as 45% for general and 5% of relaxation if you belong to reserved categories. The admission will be based on GUJCET marks |
| MBA/ MCA | Cleared 12th standard from a recognized board, appeared in CMAT exam, and cleared with cutoff marks |
| BArch/ MArch | Passed the qualifying exam with qualifying marks of 50% for General and 45% for reserved categories. Also, you must have cleared National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) with cut-off marks obtained |
Provision of Merit List
About 95% of seats are for sanctioned intake of Government and Grant-in-Aid institutions and 50% of seats are for the sanctioned intake of unaided institutions. The merit will be prepared of 50% weightage of theory percentile issued by the respective board in the subject of Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry (or Biology for eligible branches) and 50% weightage of percentile of the GUJCET examination. Also, JEE Main 2025 results will be considered for 5% of seats of the sanctioned intake of Government and Grant-in-Aid institutions.
How to Register for Gujarat ACPC 2025?

Gujarat ACPC 2025 Fresh Student Registration
First, you need to create your credentials to proceed with the rest of the steps. To create a new user ID, you must:
- Visit the official website of Gujarat Admission Committee website, gujacpc.admissions.nic.in
- On the main page, you can see “Click here for Common Registration 2025” option
- On clicking upon it, a new window will open
- At the bottom the screen, the option “New Candidate Registration” will appear
- Click on it and fill in your name, parent’s name, date of birth, gender, email ID, and mobile number
- Now, you have to create a user ID and a password and confirm it
- Provide the security pin as displayed on your screen and click on the ‘Submit’ option
Login and Complete your Profile
If you have completed the steps mentioned above correctly, a new window will open where you can check your name, mobile number, email ID, and password you have created. There will be an option for editing if you want to modify anything or else click on the “final submit” option. Now, you have to complete the OTP verification process sent to your mobile number and email ID. Completing this, you will be redirected to the ACPC login page. Now, follow the said steps:
- Enter your created user ID, password
- Enter the security captcha code and click on “Sign In”
- You can see a dashboard and list of courses
- On the top left corner, there will be a list
- Click on the “Profile” section, and add personal details, category sub-category, and other data like family annual income, etc.
- Click on “Save and Next’
- Now, add and permanent residential and corresponding residential address (if any)
- Upload your photograph and school leaving certificate within specified guidelines. (Please check the image guidelines below)
- Click on “Submit and Preview” option
- Go to the “Application Form” option on the left side after clicking on “View Registration Details”
- Add your class 12/ equivalent marks, passing month and year, seat number, UDISE Number, Passing Board, SID number, school index number, and school name
- Now add your competitive or entrance exam details like details of GUJCET or JEE Main’s roll number, application number, seat numbers, and your name
- Upload images of category, PwD, HSC, Income, ESM, Free Ship Card certificates and also add document numbers
- Click on the “Self Verified” for every document you have uploaded
- After clicking on “Save Finally and Next” you will be redirected to the payment gateway
- Make payment through net banking, credit or debit card, QR code, or UPI wallet
- Completing these steps, you will get a confirmation with an application number
- Click on “Download Confirmation’ and you are all set to go!
Note: Do not forget to write the user ID, password, and application number generated somewhere you can access later on. These are essential during the entire admission procedure.
