PESSAT 2026 Eligibility Criteria
PESSAT 2026 is not used for B. Tech admissions, but PESSAT test is required for many other programs at PES University. The table below outlines the eligibility criteria for these programs, enabling candidates to determine the necessary requirements for application.
PESSAT 2026 Undergraduate Programs
The table below shows the eligibility criteria for the undergraduate programs offered at PES University Bangalore, with the PESSAT exam:

PESSAT 2026 Postgraduate Programs
The eligibility criteria for different postgraduate programs offered at PES University with PESSAT is mentioned below:

Ques: Can we join PES through Comedk?
Ans: Yes, you can join PES University for B.Tech through COMEDK. Students from Karnataka and other states can use their COMEDK rank to apply for engineering seats at PES.
Ques: Does PESSAT consider board marks?
Ans: Yes, PES University Bangalore does consider your board marks along with PESSAT. But PESSAT is still very important. If you do not qualify in PESSAT, you cannot get admission just based on your board marks.
PESSAT 2026 Application Process
The registration process for PESSAT has started on September 5, 2025. Candidates can fill out the PESSAT 2026 application form only through the online mode. The application forms are available. Candidates must be careful while filling out the application form, as the form will be rejected by the university if there is any mistake.
The application fee for PESSAT 2026 is INR 1200. Candidates can make the payment through online mode (net banking/credit card/debit card) or offline mode (demand draft/Challan). The demand draft should be made in favor of the “PES University General Fund” that will be payable in Bangalore. Candidates who decide to make the payment through a Challan or a Demand Draft need to submit the Challan or Demand Draft at the following address, along with the printed application form:
