The official UP Board 12th marksheet 2026 will contain marks obtained in each subject in the form of grades or grade points. To convert grade points intoa percentage and CGPA, apply the mathematical formula given below:

For instance, a student secured 7,8,9,6, and 7 in five different subjects in the UP Board 12th result. To find the CGPA or percentage, we need to first find the sum of grade points and then apply the CGPA formula.
