What Students Say
Likes
- Recommendation by friends, the curriculum, Germany as a country to study abroad was the priority
- the diverse setting which means the different cultures and backgrounds represented by so many different student coming from all the world and the range and variety of courses offered so the student can do what he or she likes
Dislikes
- the campus is very small and is not set up like a university but as a business school, which is essentially just 3 floors in a building . I would personally like a bit of a large campus which offers a bit of everything for the students.
Required Exams for Admission
I think it is a very positive and learned experience I have had so far. the diverse cultural experiences have given me an opportunity to grow further. the practical implication of the study material is the best part.
Course Curriculum
I think it is quite updated and the best part is the practical application of the theoretical stuff taught. we had to do a business project with a real company as part of the coursework.
Faculty
they are very cooperative and available with appointments taken in advance. All the professors know what they are talking about and are well-versed with their topic. Professor Schmidkonz and Professor Ruddier left a positive impact on me.
Campus Life
There are many clubs that students can be part of like entrepreneur club, sports etc. A lot of career events take place and there is a student lounge to sit and work , also a library and free access wifi for all the students and the staff.
Placement
there are many companies that visit the campus as part of the career events organised by the school as mentioned above
Accommodation
initially I was living in a wg - which is a shared house where there is shared kitchen and bathroom . the cost depends on the location . the centre of munich can go upto 1500 also , but you can get an accommodation a bit outside the centre for 400-500 euros per month
Exams
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree, IELTS, School certificate, CV, Visa My scores :IELTS exam- 7 ; minimum score: IELTS exam- 6. Documents required- CV, SOP, LOM for scholarship. Interview- Prepare for a case study I had one round of interview where I was given a case study to prepare for which I had to create a presentation as part of the interview. The interview was scheduled for 45 minutes. So first part of the interview was introduction and questions by the university. then I had to present my case study and then follow-up questions asked by them regarding the same.
