How are the hostels at Mumbai University?

The GVAIET hostel has basic facilities like bed, table, chair, and cupboard, usually shared by two students. Water and electricity are mostly available. Mess food is simple vegetarian, decent but not great. Registration was easy and fees affordable. The hostel is close to college, and the area is safe.

The college provide hostel service to all the atudents who are leaving far from mumbai city as well as to all the outstation students with all the facilities provided that we use to have in our homes.

Hostel facilities are available on the main campus of the college which is on the Kalina campus and if you come in any category then there are many government hostels you can apply but there are many scholarships for hotel students from the government and there are lots of pg around the area and affordability is very less

our hostel rooms are top notch ! 2 people per room with attached washrooms with geyser and sepearate balcony. mess comittie is there and our menu gets updated every week! As students are from all over india food served also includes this diversity. you get eligible for hostel as soon as you got admission ! no need to apply seperately. hostel rent is 1000rupee only per year.

My hostel is good. There is a fan two tubelights and one desk in each room. Daily every morning we get tea and biscuits and in lunche There is Dal chanal and in dinner there is any veg dish.There is a form for a hostel you have to fill the for for the hostel,when you came to admission they gave the form to fill for hostel.
