By the second year, we’re already learning how to diagnose diseases and manage them effectively. The teaching quality is top-notch, and although the college hours can be exhausting—around 8 hours a day—the knowledge we gain is priceless.

The exams are held every 2.5 months and are based on the best international textbooks, so they’re challenging but manageable. Plus, the internship in the 5th year offers vast clinical exposure, and we even get a stipend of ?30,000, which is one of the highest in the country!

AIIMS Delhi is definitely the place to be for MBBS! The campus life is vibrant, and we have the biggest medical fest in Asia, Pulse, happening in September. I love how the library is stocked with amazing resources, from Indian to foreign authors. The classrooms are well-equipped, and there are plenty of sports facilities. The faculty is incredible, with a great faculty-to-student ratio. Each teacher really knows their stuff, with many having over 7 years of experience. The total fee for the entire 5 years is just ?5,856, which is a steal! With so many clubs and societies, there’s never a dull moment here.
