In my research, I found that DTU's BBA program, with fees around Rs. 3,00,000, offers decent placement opportunities with a 30-35% placement rate and top companies like PWC and Deloitte recruiting. However, the average package of Rs. 6.5 LPA and the fact that many students pursue higher education might not justify the investment for everyone. On the other hand, while NSUT BBA also offers solid learning experiences, the specific data on placements and fees isn’t as clear, which makes it hard to gauge ROI.

If you want a vibrant campus life with a reputed institution, DTU could be worth the fees, but if you're looking for a more straightforward financial choice and possibly lower costs, NSUT might be the safer bet. Ultimately, go for DTU if you value the brand and campus culture, but consider NSUT if you want a more cautious financial approach.

DTU's BBA program offers a decent placement rate of about 30-35%, with top recruiters like PWC and Deloitte, and an average package of around 6.5 LPA. However, the internship process can be a bit challenging since students need to find opportunities themselves. On the other hand, NSUT's BBA program has a similar curriculum and may provide comparable recruitment avenues, but lacks specific data on placement success. If you're focused on robust company connections and a vibrant campus life with events like Engifest, DTU may be the better choice. However, if you prefer a possibly less costly option with a similar academic framework, NSUT could be worth considering. Ultimately, if placements and networking are your priorities, DTU might be the way to go.

Honestly, if you have other options, consider them. I don’t understand why students choose DTU for BBA. It’s known for its Science programs, which is why the name DTU is associated with BBA, but it’s not worth it.

Here’s what I’ve experienced as a DTU student:

  • The staff is not supportive at all.
  • If you have a query, they just keep giving you dates without providing answers.
  • They often blame you for their mistakes.

For example, I had an issue with registration. I emailed them, but they replied after four days with a nonsensical response. Then they kept pushing me to contact them on specific dates without actually solving my problem. When I finally visited the campus for help, instead of a solution, I was blamed for not following up sooner. They said, “Were you asleep these many days? Where were you?” By then, the deadline had passed, and they couldn’t do anything.

Their only suggestion was to visit the main campus, where the faculty told me they had no idea about the east campus and that I should go back there.

It’s just a waste of time.

DTU BBA offers a vibrant campus life with one of India's largest annual fests, which is a big plus for students looking for extracurricular engagement. However, the faculty-student ratio and reliance on guest lecturers might lead to an inconsistent learning experience. In contrast, NSUT BBA, while not detailed here, is known for a more robust academic environment and potentially better faculty engagement. If you're looking for a lively campus atmosphere and are okay with a less consistent teaching quality, DTU could be worth the fees. But if you prioritize strong academic support and a more focused curriculum, NSUT might be the better option. Personally, I would lean towards NSUT for a more balanced overall experience.
