Remarks

Positive as I think according to me as I didn't face any difficulty in my college related to study and environment. Good teachers freedom with some restriction we can say Deciplined env. Everything is good

Course Curriculum Overview

There are 2 or one mid semester exam before December main exam. Every semester is decided in 3to4 months mid exam are of 50 t0 100 marks. You have to pass every mid exam and main semester exam Mid exam are also important

Placement Experience

As it is not university so there is less chance of placements or low placements Now college is upgrade to autonomous after that university. Then there will be placements So now I cannot say anything

College Events

Youth fest teachers day, redcross fairs, blood donation camps, and may more in youth fest lists of skits are performed with singing dancing etc In redcross there a lots of stalls are made of fon games etc

Fee Structure And Facilities

Feasible but not for every one as some people belong to low finance family with low money but some of them covered in scholarship provides by them but some remains behind So fees differs from each course but good

No I didn't avail any scholarship there are lots of scholarship of minorities Sikh quota for students having 90? or above marks in 12th or in first semester of college but not for general categories

Campus Life

Very good no compromise with equipment everything is up to mark good replacement of broken equipment every sport is given different money budget no confusion of money. Transparent selection no biase.

Admission

Just fill a form deposite fee and that's it Fill the course name your id father name mother name your email I'd contacts 10th documents 12th documents Signs of guardian. After that you will be given a receipt

Good faculty provides every knowledge even beyond their subject make us aware about society, Creates mature and friendly environment with small tests. Full focus on students so that nothing skip from them to tell

Shyam lal college not on my wishlist

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well i choose this course because I didn't got what I wanted. Many students are from arts background who got this course because they had no option. The curriculum is same as school all chapters and everything. The law section is new. About buisness and law and everything. Rest is same. Changes in curriculum is not in their hands. But if they could actually change the accounting syllabus. The timing of exams is normal 2:30 to 6:30. And internal test taken by perspective teacher are according to their time and class. They will take retest incase you didn't attended.

Underrated College- An honest opinion

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really was interested in finance and taxation from the beginning. This course aligned rightly with my interests. The curriculum is based on real world applications. Corporate accounting, financial accounting, company law, human resource management, these are very important considering change in the job market and business world. Not only real world applications but one can also go for further academic pursuit such as a master's degree and research. This makes the curriculum really diverse. Some areas of suggestions would be that in theory subjects there should be practical activities. Just like vestibular training. The time of exams is just right. After the completion of syllabus of a particular subject, we are given 10 days of preparation leave. The exams are moderate and it really tests our ability and knowledge based on our studies.

All about SRCC life, exposure, placements, faculty and my experience

Placement Experience:

For placements fifth semester student are eligible for placements. Since it is best commerce college. Companies like big 4, google, bank of America, Goldman Sachs, bcg, bain and co., Sbi, paytm, meesho and many more comes. The highest package was 36 LPA this year from meesho for senior analyst roles. Average package is 10 LPA. Most of the placements take place in consulting, marketing, auditing, finance and analyst roles. Around more than 50% of the students get placed. My plan is to take placements in consulting and finance roles after the degree from the college.

Dyal Singh College: The Good, The Bad and The Confusing

Placement Experience:

The placement of my college is good if you perform well in the process of selection, as I told earlier, the placement cell is pretty active, so you would have a good number of options. I will be naming the good companies that visited my college, they were EY, Deloitte, DE SHAW, TCS, KPMG, etc. Numerous offers were made and I would say over 80% students in my batch got placed in good companies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In open learning management.. they provide hard copy of books tk prepare whole semester and this is a very good thing because those books are covering whole semester in some books only and there is a v good thing I found... At the end of every chapter they provide summaries and mock questions for every chapter to analyse the weakness and strength. the areas for improvements in the Course Curriculum and Teaching Methods--- they should also provide a mock test paper as per the paper model and latest questions or updated topics with to the point topics The difficulty is normal if candidate is completely prepared...

My view regarding my college

Remarks:

Academically you can choose it but if you are looking for some fancy institution with some best infrastructure and fancy canteen I won't suggest you this college. But this college has one of the very best cricket team and one of our student named Mayank dagar is leading Indian National under-19 team. So I think you understand the impact.

Sgtb khalsa , hidden gem of NC DU

The college is purely based on merit list except for the seat reserved for Sikh minority. However the crowd here is very mindful and cohesive. People you start getting along with will greet you wherever they see you and always up to help u with anything u want/need. The staff is equally active and works for students through students.
