Remarks
Infrastructure wise it is the best college in delhi university. And overall a decent college in terms of education, placements and staff behaviour. Although it is not in north capmus or south campus, but the college life here is worth the amount we pay here. The college societies are awsome. Though the playground area is small but still the college encourages sports to a good level. This college has also given an international player aman saini in shooting game. And education wise also its quite good. So overall it is a good college.
Course Curriculum Overview
There is semester system in our college. So we have final exam in each semester. Also in addition to that we have midnsem exams whose marks are added in the final result. We have credit based scring system here.
Placement Experience
Since it is a science college and not an engineering college, so not that much trend of placements is there in our college. But our college do have placement cell which provides internships paid and unpaid.
College Events
With the beginning of the session in college, the first event is orientation. Orientation of college as whole, departments as individual, various societies in college. This is followed by the freshers party then the fests.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure is quite decent. It is a govt college and comes under central govt so therefore it is lower than other normal or private colleges. Also the college has very great infrastructure so according to that it is okay.
Fees and Financial Aid
Well i have no idea regarding this. But as much as i know there are several kind of scolarships in our college. Students with army background, or students with disabilities get several scholarships.
Campus Life
Extracurriculur activites are very much supported in this college in addition to academics. Labs are very well built. Spacious and modern. Sports activities are also excellent. The college has its own team.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes. They are very helpful and friendly. We have good contacts with seniors and they also help in getting networks to us. Passout students are of a very great help in making contacts further and getting job.
Admission
We get admission on the basis of marks secured in 12th examinations. Cutoff lists are generated acc to which we get admission in particular courses of this college. Several cutoff lists are generated.
Faculty
Faculty is also very good and supportive. And they are highly qulaified. Most of them are senior and have done phd in their particular subjects. They are very polite and encouraging. Especially the maths hons teachers are very good.
