Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum helps in the future for the industry. The entire syllabus is carefully curated and appropriate to advance your understanding of the subject matter. In a nutshell, the curriculum is relevant but it depends on teachers how they teach you.
Placement Experience
The placement are pretty ordinary in our college. But the package offered to students was not that high. The highest package offered to my batch was 20k and the lowest was around 10K. Mostly companies came for placement are from Ludhiana only.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Tuition fee for my fashion tech program was around 52K/semester, i.e. INR 1,04,000 per annum. There are some additional charges which students have to bear, like security fee, registration fee, examination fee, etc.
Campus Life
Infrastructure was not that great and the location is also outside the city. Classrooms and labs are okay. Canteen just for the name. Very bad quality of food and you may get 2 3 options for the menu. Medical facilities were okay.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel facility is limited. That’s partly because most of the students in my batch and in my college are from nearby regions or had relatives in Mohali. Students have to look for accommodations for themselves.
Admission
The admission process is on the basis of an entrance test and interview. A merit list is prepared on the basis of the scores of entrance test and performance in the interview round. Students are allowed admission on the basis of the merit list.
Faculty
Most of our faculty was good. They are pretty much qualified. Some of the teachers had their own differences between them. But all of them were updated about the latest trends in the fashion industry and advancement in the clothing industry.
