Provides disciplinary atmosphere along with academical knowledge!!

Course structure is divided into semester system. First two semesters are conducted at DIAT campus and final two at Cranfield University. The dual degree is a one of its kind course which covered the entirety of the scope of my engineering program. The final two sem at the CU are specialization based wherein my specialisation is Military Electronics Systems Engineering.

DIAT campus had a dedicated sports department to motivate students towards sports and push them towards an overall development structure. Annual day, Sports day, Independence days were celebrated within the campus.

Scholarship is awarded by DIAT to the deserving students. The scholarship doesn’t cover for the living expenditure at the CU campus.

My campus life is very awesome. I was lucky enough to enjoy the perks of being at two campus during one course. In this way, I also got two degrees and enjoyed two different campus life. The DIAT campus was very peaceful and fun oriented, while the CU campus had an accumulation of different mindset.

There are limited accommodation option for the students, though I got the hostel for the first two semesters. While for the final two semesters at Cranfield University the living expenditure is around 12000-15000 British pounds.

I am pursuing a Double Degree (DD) Program Offered Jointly by DIAT and Cranfield University (UK). After completion of my degree I will receive two degrees, an M.Tech degree from DIAT and an M.Sc degree from CU. I filled a single form for both the courses. The admission process was pretty simple.

The education system is CBCS where teaching is done by well-qualified faculty drawn from DIAT and serving/retired scientists & officers of DRDO, Services, ISRO, IIT’s, various R&D and teaching institutes in India and abroad.
