College management is very week. Every thing here is delayed except collection of fee. If You are late for 1 day u have to pay rs.1000 as fineat last i must say if u hav little financial problem opt for other nit than bit. If u come here never take ece.pr

AIEEE 2012 i scored 198 marks out of 360 and rank appox 14639. Rank of this college was good in various magzines such as outlook and various other magazines published in india. Moreover if i visit most of the website i also see that this college has rank under 20 in most of the website in india.

The course curriculum of this college is very old. Many breadth (management) paper are there which are not at all necessary. Some basic paper such as power electronics, power system, dbms are missing.

As regards as core only two company visited. Internship is of 6 th month in 8th semester with stipend of appox 30k. More over there is internship to 7 students in think and learn company with stipend of 20k for 6 month. There are 120 student in ECE.

As far as our branch 62 students are placed in non mass company. CS, It have excellent placement record. Mech and electrical are also placed in core companies. Same goes with production. Companies like directi(26lpa), Amazon(27lpa), flipkart(20lpa),microsoft(20 lpa),walmart(20lpa),practo(20lpa), grayorange,make my trip,amedeos, kronous, g.sac, tata motors,steel,hyundai,zs,pwc,kpmg,exide,maruti,trident,freescaleand many others are coming.this year appox 100-110 companies are visiting for be MA.

Cultural and technical fest- 2 1. pantheon intra college fest of budget about 3-5 lakh2. Bitotsav inter college fest of budget more than 25 lakhsmore over technical fest or event like vortex, robolution etc are frequent occuring.more over litsoc ,unesco, drama night are occuring by literary and dramatic society moreover dandiya night, freshers party, exmpe, deepotsav are happening by leo and rotract club of bit.

Fee structure is very expensive. There is fee of 7.25 lakhs for complete 8 semester. It include every fee except fooding i.e. Mess fee is amount inspite of fund given by jharkhand government for development of college.

There is scholarship for SC, ST and OBC students by jharkhand goverment. More over there is scholarship for students having 8 pointer whose parental income is less than 2lakh anually by college.

Gender ratio is about 15:85 girls boys. There is one hostel night Which is cultural events happening in every hostel annually. There is lot of workshop by different clubs to 1st and 2nd year guys by senior students. More over there is workshop by external agencies also which any student can attend with require amountthere is many technical and cultural club which can be seen in wikipedia page of this college. Everyone here in various clubs are treated equally. There is no biasing and any other type of intolerance. Every students enjoys this club activity to great extent.

In first year you have either two or three beds or seat in single room. After that there is single room accomodation for each student.each room has lan port, 1 table chair and bed made up of iron. there is rack of for keeping every day artilclesthere is o

Yes there is bitotsava a society of alumni network which can clear every doubt about your time in bit as well as time in corporate or after bit life. we can contact them through facebook or mail. They are very friendly. Senior of this college are much more helpful than teacher. They are like guide to us who help us in every step of the college.

In lab there is viva, quiz,performance which is very hectic especially viva which will occur at random for about half an hour just after mid sem exam. As regard theory, there is two quiz of 15 marks, mid sem of 25 marks and 60 marks end sem is happening q

Faculty of this college are not good. Only very few faculty of this college is of good standard.most have done their me and p.hd from here itself. the even don`t know basics. moreover style of teaching is worse than teacher teaching in under in village sc
