My college

Of course, being a part of this institution I was learned many things which will be helpful for me both technically as well as mentally, this is a complete package of learning I must say but as I said before there is a least opportunity for core branches (mechanical/civil) I was a little bit dissatisfied at the end of my college.

The courses and the exam structure are directly based on modern technical criteria, i.e - under CCTV surveillance exam, projector classes, highly moderated labs, and workshops and is conducted by biju pattanaik university of technology (BPUT) Odisha.

No there is no internship programme in my college and the placement programme is also a kind of thought because there is the least opportunity for the core branch (mech/civil). But of course, there is an ocen of opportunity for the software section ( ETC/EEE/ECE/EE/IT) branches.

Events such as annual sports meet (3-4days), annual Fest named as UTOPIA(2-3days), Inter-college tournament for cricket/kabbadi/girl's kho-kho between the hi-tech group. Science tour for different branches and the grand LORD VISWAKARMA PUJA where all the branches tried a lot to conquer mechanical the royals but always ended up defeating themselves.

The fee structure is quite feasible in comparison with other leading private institutions of Odisha. The fee structure includes hostel charges, fooding, transportation, library, uniform, study materials, and also social activities.

I don't know about the loan facility but I must say there is a two times scholarship programme for every year by the government name as PRERNA and MEDHABRUTI. During this, you can avail a number of total of 30000rs per year.

Yes, there is a lot of activities happening here as said before like the Intercollege tournament of cricket, kabbadi, girl's kho-kho, annual sports meet, annual Fest, science tour (different for different branches).

The hostel is provided only for 1st 2 years after then you have to arrange yourself own staying. During the hostel period, you have given 4 times fooding including (2 times breakfast lunch and dinner). After 2 years though you have to stay outside on your own but traveling to college as well as return is completely optional for you and for this college provides a no. of 28 busses all across khurda/Bbsr/CTC.

Yes, the senior students address their success that they have achieved during the course period. And also some faculties who were once students of this institution Inspire us by their achievements.

After completion of my 12th board exam, I was aiming to become an engineer. That's why I started collecting data about many engineering colleges in Odisha. then after analyzing some of the previous records as well as funds I have decided to take admission to konark institute of science and technology though I have ranked a good rank in the 'JEE' exam and I would have got admission in (not a government engineering college but ) in a good Pvt college. So during the counseling process of engineering admission, I chose KIST as my priority.

The faculties are highly qualified and very familiar during class hours as well as in labs. And the best part of some faculties is they continue studying you until you get the point. Whether a class contains 120/30 students they tried to get their lectures to all of the students.
