RNS Institute of Technology is an engineering and technology college and is located in Bangalore, India. The college is affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University. Rama Nagappa Shetty Institute of Technology established in the year 2001, is the brain-child of the Group Chairman, Dr. R.N. Shetty.

Our college focuses on cultural activities too rather than studies they conducys hige fests annually and biannually anf many celebrities and international DJ's will visit our college and inter college and intra college fest also conducted
Fee Structure And Facilities
According vtu college we have pay the same amount in every college but our colleges takes extra fees also buy competitively lesser than other colleages and management qoute is also less which is slightly half of the other college fee
Fees and Financial Aid
The college provide the scholarship for the students who have completed their PUC(class 12th) from karnataka. No scholarships is provided for other students. The college does awards the toppers of the branch.
Campus Life
Students take part in NCC & NSS Activities Students and faculty voluntarily donate blood in the donation camp held in the campus yearly once. Students and faculty actively take part in Co and Extra Curricular Activities like participating in departmental events like VIDYUTH and in many inter college sports events. Students and faculty organize curricular and co-curricular activities through the departmental club, ELEKTRON
Hostel Facilities
he College has presently two Boys and one Girls Hostel. These hostels accommodate around 530 boys and 300 girls boarders. Day to day affairs of hostels are managed by respective Wardens. There is also a Hostel Committee to help in taking policy decisions. Yoga and Meditation classes are held for both boys and girls in the early morning, on alternate days.
Alumni/Alumna
All the graduated students will be the members of the association. Database of Alumni with continuous interaction, will be created with on-line registration and interaction. Getting assistance from Alumni for Placement activities. Making prominent Alumni as members of various college bodies including Governing Council, for suggestion and guidance. Starting of Alumni initiated and managed Library section.
Admission
Through the entrance exam conducted by KEA in the month of April through out the Karnataka as KCET later they announced the rankings in the month of june based on pu marks and kcet scoring later conducted the concealing through online
Faculty
Our college faculty is welll experienced and they are working from 2001 when the college was established and they are well experienced and they are friendly towards the students and they guide as very well
