If you have Other option then don't go there.because in the end you can use this option for being graduated but if u have other option than this it'll be gud. Appear for wbjee and jee mains and get a gud college.
Course Curriculum Overview
It's a B.tech graduation course consists of 8 semester in 4 years.some of the subjects were not supposed to be in the engineering syllabus,like physics, a subject used for Conners student related to accounts.
Placement Experience
No didn't provided any internships.actully the didn't even tried for that. Placements were very low in our college 80% of the visited company were for bpo. Capgemini visited the other college b c Roy then 60+ students were placed but from our college only 6-8.No any classes were provided apart from syllabus.
College Events
Robonix -the Technical event where only 4 wheels robos were being created.one was automated and one was manual. Nss event was there in which celebrated on a big scale. Social awareness and many more dramas and cultural event is there.
Fee Structure And Facilities
It was fesiable than any other college but if you are late in paying the fees they'll charge you a fine of 100 rs per day and without any discount you have to pay it. Otherwise they wouldn't allow you to seat in the semester examination.
Fees and Financial Aid
Ya loan facility available for this college but it's a private college so you have to face lots of difficulties for passing the loan. I have availed my college loan by my father's joint account after so much problems.
Campus Life
Labs of my college was using very old and unused type instruments. Which was even not working properly and we have to manage with the coming wrong outputs. Sports was there baseball and basketball and cricket.
Alumni/Alumna
Seniors of that college Are very Helpful whether you have the understanding for choosing one who is serious about studies and one who isn't. I have so many gudd seniors who is supporting and guiding me till now.
Admission
I got BCET DURGAPUR from my JEE MAINS marks alloted by JOSA. There were 2-3 rounds further for seat allocation. In every rounds I was alloted the same college more than once.i asked for Cse but seat was full so I got IT branch.
Faculty
Some facuIties were very good but some of them were bookish. The taught what they self studied tommorow. Not other than that. Very few teachers were knowledgeable person. Some of them were very genius.
