Vnit college review

According to my point of view, there are several reasons for remarking according to my opinion vnit college is good in academic but there is some reason which must be considered to become a good college in ranking.

The course is good and very helpful. The basics of engineering are well covered. Subjects like engineering mechanics, steel structure machine design are the same as used in industries so they are very helpful when it comes to working in industries or for higher studies. The college lasts for five days a week where the timing for each day starts from 9 am - 1 pm (teaching) and 2 pm - 6 pm (practical's). Now talking about exam patterns in a semester there are two sessional exams of 15 marks each. They are taken in a gap of one month. After that end sem exam comes of 60 marks. All three marks are cumulated to get your total CGPA of yours. Practical's is of 10 marks are also included.

It is very good. All major core companies come here for recruitment and details can be seen on the official website of the college. You need not worry about that. The highest placements are for computer science students. Around 80-90% of students get placed from the CSE branch. The average salary package offered would be around 7-8 LPA. Overall placements are good. But if you want to get internships from college is a very difficult task.2-3 students from each branch get internships from college. However, you can apply to other companies by yourself.

There are several events in this college. A technical event like axis, cultural event like Arohi. The consortium is for people interested in commercials. Then department gathering and institute gathering are also there. Also some cult nights and intersectional sports.

When I got admission at that time the fee structure of this college is 45k per year and the hostel fee was around 32k. But now bit expensive for the upcoming student.100% Tuition Fee waiver for SC/ST/PH students for the same state students. Full remission of the Tuition Fee for General & OBC students whose family income is less than Rs.1 lakh per annum.

Scholarships are there if you perform well in academics. The loan is always available by banks but not by the college. College didn't provide any type of loan facility. For SC/ST students there is some scholarship.

There are many spots organized in institute gatherings like cricket, football, basketball, volleyball. kabaddi etc. Also, indoor games are organized like table tennis, badminton, chess, etc. Labs of this college are very good, the instrument is also well maintained and in good condition.

The hostel of this college is super cool. The rooms are very good and so it the living areas. There is a canteen also. There is a place to play even on the nights. Internet facility is also provided for 24 hours. For first-year and second-year students 4 students in a room and For third and final year students single occupancy rooms. are there. Food is good for the mess. The menu of food is different for all day.

Alumni of this college is having a rich alumni network and most of them are presently working in reputed companies. Interaction seminars are organized at regular intervals. The senior of my department is very supportive also takes care of their Junior students.

I got admission based on my AIEEE Exam score. According to the AIEEE score choose the college and branch of engineering. Then go to college where want to take admission and do document verification then finally got admission.

Faculty members in the college are very good and well qualified. But one thing is that the teaching method is used is an old method not updated as required. However, the course curriculum covers the syllabus of many different exams like GATE, civil services, Junior engineer, etc. Some of the faculty members are very good like you enjoy attending their lectures.
