I have enjoyed my college life

One negative thing is, in the campussing season many labs of 3rd year and 2nd year will be cancelled as labs will be occupied for campusing. And one positive thing I liked very much about our college is, you will never face ragging here.

Job placement in last year and this year is really great. From CSE 96% student got placed and allmost every student got more than one job. Most of them got placed in Accenture, Infosys, TCS etc. Salary is about 30k. From CSE and ECE placement is really great. Though don't expect that Google or microsoft will come for campusing.

One Technical Fest Kritanj and One cultural fest Navodaya. These two are the biggest fests in our college. Except that we have many small events celebrated in college. Like this year we had NASA space app challenge hosted in our college.

It's feasible. For B.Tech you have to pay allmost 45k per semester which is around 4 lakhs in 4 years. While taking admission you have to pay 80k which includes the fee of first semester. Except that you have to pay semester exam fee, which is around 1k per sem.

Don't know anything like that. I never heard that someone got any kind of scholarship from our college.But if you are from TFW category and have a good rank in WBJEE, you have to pay really small amount of money per semester. And also there can be some scholarships which I don't know.

College will always motivate you to go for extracurricular activities. In last 3 years I have participated in 20+ techfests. And every time our HOD gave me a leave so that I can attend those fests. Even I have participated in smart India Hackathon with one of our faculties. Faculties are really supportive for these kind of extracurricular activities.

Yes we have hostel for girls and boys. The girls hostel is inside the college campus whereas the boys hostel is just 1 minute walk away from college. Food of canteen is average. There is no good internet connection in hostel as much as I know. For girls, you can't go outside of hostel after 6pm without permission.

One very much important point is, you will never face ragging in our college. Yes, never. Even in these 3 years of my college life no senior ever asked for a intro to me. Seniors are really helpful and friendly. Even we have a alumni meet event.

I gave the WBJEE exam and in the counsiling I have choosen this college. Before taking admission I went there one day and liked the atmosphere. While taking admission I went there in the morning and submitted the required papers and money. After that within one hour I got my class roll number and that's it. It was really hazard free.

If I have to talk about faculties of my department they are really great. They will help and support you a lot. They teach pretty well. And if you stuck into any problem they will definately help you. They are very friendly and supportive. In this category I will definately give our college 10/10.
