Remarks

Positive - Quality Education. Infrastructure is well.Faculty is good well qualified. And ragging free cell. No problem there. Negative- College is located in out area. Long distance of approx 7km from main city

Course Curriculum Overview

Course is according to guidelines of UG commission. Since Dav PG college is affiliated to Central University (BHU) so all guidelines under central norms. There will semster wise exam. Bachelor's in Arts have 6 semester.

Placement Experience

No iternship is provided. My college is accredited by NAAC A+. which shows the quality of education given here. After getting such a quality education A student is enough to find a job. I think this is the better than all other colleges

Fee Structure And Facilities

Feasible since it is under central government. So price is not so much any person can afford that. Also scholarship is available. So any poor child can claim for that. Fee for BA 1st year is approx 10,000 only

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes scholarship is available. Central government is giving scholarship. Also state government is giving scholarship. So any one can fill form if he is elegible then get scholarship. That's all. No loan facility

Alumni/Alumna

No ragging is allowed here. It is under central government norms. And is ragging free cell. Senoirs are all good. There is mutual understanding between seniors and juniors so there is no matter of ragging

Admission

First There is entrance exam conducted by Banaras Hindu University. After result there will be counseling And after that candidates have to pay fee then now job is done. Candidate got admission. And then candidate have to Visit college for submitting documents etc.

There is three Department Department of Arts, Department of Social Science, Department of Commerce. Faculty is all good. All the teachers are well qualified and well educated. There is an economics teacher who i like most , her way of dealing, teaching ,etc

Placement Experience:

Placement for some course like btech , bba etc placement are quietly good but for other it's not as some get and some doesn't for our course which I m pursuing there is no placements at all which is disappointed after completing during 3 yet student are eligible for the placement lowest package is 3.5Lpa to 7 lpa and highest in 15 lpa to 20 lpa just my plans after the degree is to get a job for my financial needs and for experience also and with that study for ma english .

this gives us the flexibility to choose minor subjects or electives outside our main department. this university uses a modern system where every subject has course outcomes. we take non credit courses in soft skills personality development and ethics. they don't affect our studies much but are very helpful.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placement after doing there master's degree while being in PhD program average placement package for this course Is 3.6 LPA. Around 30 to 40 percent student got campus placement.

A big no for placements and a big yes for campus life

Course Curriculum Overview:

Faculty members are relly helping but, the course curriculum is really not up to the mark. Faculties are well versed in their subjects. You even have a educational trip to Mumbai, Pune or other cities in during 2nd year.

Remarks:

When It comes to talking about the entire college I would say that The language department is the most active here. Also Placement drives are only held in the department of languages and not in any other departments which is quite unfair according to me. Management here is good.

Oerfect college

I didn't apply to another college I just want to be a part of DAV College because of the structure as a middle class family was good second and thought about MKP but the environment was to unhealthy as compared to DAV. I didn't get any rejection from any colleges because I get good marks in 12th but I want to be a part of DAV so so I choose DAV. The admission admission process was simple but you first you have to clear cut exam and 12th exam board with good marks now you have to go to the campus main office so you can get the exam form and online you can also apply there will be some cut off and if you are general you have to be get good marks because SC ST OBC will get reservation also...Read More
