The course Curriculum of Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University Of Technology is very good and sound having all the subjects covered regarding the current world requirement and GATE perspective. The exam structure consists of 8 semesters in which every semester has some theoretical as well as practical papers and few of the semesters even have some sessional paper like Mock Interviews, NSS, GD etc.

Placement at AOT is very good overall. The placement in CSE, IT, ECE is excellent where placement percentage is 100% and int the other branches like EE, ME, AEIE is also very good. The main recruiter of AOT is TCS. Yes AOT provides internships through their intership partner INTERSHALA an online platform to provide online as well as offline interships. The experience of the people doing intership their is pretty good and handy as it makes them industry ready and the stipend is in the range of Rs 1000 to 5000 pm mostly. However one may get higher that this if talented.

1. ARCADIA - The annual fest of AOT IS ARCADIA which happens for continuous two days. In Arcadia every students gather together and enjoy their hearts out as a relief from their monotonous routine. The college arranged renowned brands and students interested may take part in the festival by singing, dancing, reciting, acting plays etc. AOT every year brings a renowned Bollywood singer to their campus like Sonu Nigam , Mika Singh, Amit Trivedi and many more to name of. Overall with DJs and bands it turns into a eternal fun and the ambience is great throughout the two days. 2. TECHFIESTA - The annual technical fest of AOT where we arrange many technical events like coding events , robotics events etc and every other college come and participate. It is also for back to back 2 days.

The fee structure at AOT is feasible compared to other private engineering. The admission fee is around Rs70000 and after that in the other semester it's between Rs 41000 to Rs43000. Along with it in every even semester they will charge Rs 10000 for training purpose and Rs 1200 for annual fest Arcadia

Yes there is a scholarship plan provided by AOT for students who are from economically weak families. However to avail the same one has to avail 8.5 GPA in each semester else the scholarship is going to get forfeited. Apart to this they also provide Railway concessions for students commuting daily.

The extracurricular activities at AOT is also very good like singing, dancing club which mainly recruit people for performing in Arcadia. We have a footbal, basminton, as well as a basketball team. AOT has won many inter University competitions and in terms of sports has always been head high from others. The labs in AOT are excellent without a doubt. We are provided high class computers for IT and CSE branches and for core branches also the technologies used are sophisticated and modern. The labs are clean and well maintained.

There are fews allumunies at AOT and they are mainly from IIT KGP and many of the student being placed in reputed companies is a big help to the college as well as the students who benifit a lot out of them.

I got into AOT through WBJEE. To get into AOT one has to sit for an entrance exam WBJEE which has 3 parts i.e. Physics, Chemistry, Maths and based on the rank achieved one can select their desired stream. After that it is mandatory to visited the college and enrolled their and perform the mandatory formalities.

AOT is renowned for their facaulty members. The faculty at AOT is highly knowledgeable in their field and what is most important about them is that they understand the thought process of the students and guide them very well. Every one of them have done M.Tech and many of them have Phd as well.
