Simple but Amazing college

It's overall a great college. It has an amazing architecture. Good facilities. Overall a lively atmosphere on the campus. A enthusiastic and safe and energetic college environment. Canteen facilities is also great.

The course and curriculum is according to the Mumbai university engineering norms. The course and the syllabus is too lengthy. We have exams too often in a span of 5 months. Also the projects, orals, assignments, internal assessments are exams as we are marked on them and we need to pass.

Most of the students get placements. In the final year. Top companies like TCS, Reliance, Infosys, Bajaj, etc hire our college students. Even foreign placements are introduced and eligible students get them. Internships are not provided to that mark. But some advertisements are made.

Our college is extremely busy with events throughout the year. We celebrate most of the festivals, important days. We have cultural programmes in our auditorium. It's a lively atmosphere with full or vigour and enthusiasm.

It's an engineering college and we have air conditioned classrooms and labs. Also the library is air conditioned. The fees are fair. They range from approximately 1,30,000 to 1,50,000. But we are provided great facilities and teaching in the fees.

I have not availed any scholarship or loan facility. But we do have a scholarship facility for eligible students. We have a separate scholarship department looking after this. Students have to approach it as they are informed time to time about it.

Labs and classrooms are well furnished and air conditioned. Each classroom has a projector. We have two sports grounds and a basketball court. The grounds have grass on them. We have a exclusive sports block fully air-conditioned and it's truly amazing with billiards, Carrom, TT, chess.

No. I haven't opted for the hostel. As stay 16 kilometres away from the college. So I travel everyday through bus and train. Also we have 15 minutes BEST bus service. Which is extremely convenient. Travelling isn't such an issue.

Every year an alumni meet is organised in our college. Seniors are friendly and helpful. They help us in academics and also about dealing with faculties. They mix up with us and help us in organising events and extra curricular activities.

I got admission in this college by passing the CET(Common Entrance Exam) of engineering for the state of Maharashtra. There were CAP rounds held. And through them I got admission to this college in the information technology field for bachelor of engineering.

The faculty is well qualified and dedicated towards students. They work hard towards providing study materials to students. All lectures take place regularly and they hardly take leaves. We are taught well in class and given proper notes.
