Remarks
College ia very good considering all the aspects. Everything a student needs including canteen, library, stationary store, ATM are available inside. The college is at Vidyavihar mumbai near ghatkopar so easily accessible. Public transportation is very easy. Lots of trees and natural environment helps to keep campus clam and noise friendly
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum was good. It covered vast spectrum of courses. Practical knowledge and hands on experience is also provided. The courses were knowledgeable and gave a detailed Idea about the topic. for a vast subject more that one courses covered that topic
Placement Experience
The placement is good. Most of the students got a job after graduation. The college has social placement office which helps student to contact to the company. Many companies conduct job fair giving jobs to most of students. Top companies like Microsoft also cone for placements
College Events
The most important cultural festival is called symohony. many cultural programs like singing competition dance, concert. Generally its a 2 day event. Another sport event is called screem which conducts inter department sport matches. College also conducts Technical event called abhiyantriki. events related to robotics, Paper presentation and various seminars tech talks are part of this event
Fee Structure And Facilities
considering the government funded colleges the fee is slightly expensive. While studying there the fees almost crossed 1 lakh. There were no other charges as everything was covered in this fees. It can also be paid into installments
Fees and Financial Aid
Not exactly sure about the scholarship as I never opted for one. But the college also provides scholarship for Economically backwards class students by providing required documents. Few of my friends were taking benefit of this facility
Campus Life
Labs are adequate and fully working. Instruments are good and working. computers and other instruments are as per new standards. All the required softwares are easily available. Lab assistant are helpful. College contains a huge racing track, football ground, basketball ground, cricket ground, volleyball ground. indoor badminton and table tennis facility. Lawn tennis ground as well as carrom tables.
Hostel Facilities
hostel infrastructure are easily available the campus contains 2 main hostel just near the college. Two hostels are different regarding the facilities and fee structures. Both of them has necessary requirements
Alumni/Alumna
alumni are easily contacted and very helpfull. Everyone is widely spread including other countries. The network is well maintained. Senior students were helpfull regarding subjects and other problems.
Admission
Scores of Enterance exam of MHT-CET. It was an exam after 12th for admission in all the engineering colleges in maharashtra. A merit list is calculated from result of this exam and according to that a we had to apply to various colleges
Faculty
Faculty was good and helpfull. Knowledgeable. Teaching metrology was also good. Helpfull in the practicals. Apart from it very easy to communicate. Interesting assignments and teaching methods made it easier to understand
