It's a college with good placements and not only focus on academics but also emotional skills of the students.Students are taught to be well disciplined and maintain good habits throughout the life.Only the food has to be improved in the hostel mess.Otherwise it would be the best option to consider.
Course Curriculum Overview
It is a well planned curriculum with the essential courses.After the first year we can choose from a variety of electives.There are two periodical exams and other class tests which add up for the internal marks and finally the end sem exams.

We have very good companies coming for placements in my college.Most of the students get placed during the campus selection.We have many workshops during our tech fest.By participating in such workshops we have good chance of getting good placements.
College Events
Gokulashtami and pongal are the most celebrated festivals.All festivals are celebrated.A tech fest is conducted anually along with many workshops and other programs.All the festivals are given equal importance.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fees depends on the rank aquired in the amrita entrance exam.Based on various slabs students are offered scholarships.Those without scholarship has to pay four lakhs per annum for engineering courses.

Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham provides coaching in various extra curricular activities.Sports and arts are given equal importance.There are various clubs for each activity based on our interest.Tournaments are conducted for all sports.
Hostel Facilities
The hostels are quiet clean and tidy.We have separate hostels for first years, second years, third years and fourth years.The mess food is bad most of us find coping up difficult as it is vegetarian only campus.Wifi is available in the hostel.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes there is an active alumni network and the senior students are extremely helpful in academics and extra curricular activities.Seniors introduce the fresher's into various clubs and activities and motivate them in academics and extra curricular activities
Admission
I wrote the amrita entrance exam and came within the required rank after which I was called to the university.I met the campus relations head who spoke about the fee structure and gave suggestions to opt a branch and verified my 12th grade and 10th grade certificate s.Admission was given to me based on the entrance exam mark and 12th grade mark (min 85%)
Faculty
We have a very well educated faculty with excellent experience.They are very supportive and attends to the needs of every children.They are excellent in their respective fields.They not only promote education but also values.
