Remarks
The College is not located nearby to station. The College has taken a digital approach. We have a V-print in which students deposit money and can upload documents from anywhere to it and later print it from the Printer located inside the college at minimal subsidized rates. Every ID card has a barcode to which stores every information.
Course Curriculum Overview
It comes under the Mumbai University and it follows the same pattern. In total there are 8 semesters (4 years). Each semester consists of 2 internal exams and 1 written end semester paper for each subject. The internal marks will be the average of the two IA and end sem is of 80 marks.
Placement Experience
Yes the placements are overall satisfactory with some exceptional placements from MNCs. The placement record is very good and have an average package of 3.4 lakhs/annum. There is a separate Placement Cell which deals with it and time to time there are various Career counseling and seminars and College also helps in finding internships.
College Events
There are various events like the Fresher's eve for the Fresher which is organised by the Student council inside the college campus and have variety of activities that particular day. The most awaited is the annual fest VERVE which is a 3 day fest and have loads of activities right from educational to entertainment. The college is decorated according to the theme.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Moderate. Fees for Engineering (Information Technology) is 1,37,000 annually. The fees might vary every year but moreover remains the same. The college doesn't entertain part payment. Fess has to be given through cheque or Dd.
Fees and Financial Aid
Scholarship is provided to students and also Tution fee waiver scheme is there so that those students who can't afford can benefit from it. There is a separate Scholarship Department which caters to the subject of interest.
Campus Life
Sports are usually hosted unofficially in the college as a part of Fresher's Eve or the Annual Fest (Verve). College has 2 large size grounds and dedicated football goalposts, Volleyball nets and Basketball court.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes they are very helpful and key to build contacts and learn industry relevant content. The Student council is a platform for students of different Semesters to work together and get to know each other. College also conducts Seminars by Alumni and passouts.
Admission
The admission is through CAP(Centralised Admission Process) rounds. There are 3 basic rounds and we have to fill out colleges in order of preference. The seats are alloted on the basis of merit. It is based on the MHTCET marks out of 200.
Faculty
Very good,Supportive and humble. Some professors have in depth knowledge of their domain. They take discipline very strictly and also they are assigned as mentors to many batches to discuss academic or personal issues in life.
