Remarks

My remark about my college will always be positive is it is the oldest Law College of our state and one of the oldest college in the country also.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The course curriculum is very good and a professional one. The exam goes in semester system. That is in Six months you have to face a semester.

Placement Experience

3.5

Placement opportunities are not that great. You will have to search for job after you are out.No it doesn't provide any internship program.

College Events

4

Many types of events takes place in our college, such as Law fests, Moot Court, debates, speech,Law seminar etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is very feasible as it is a government college.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is no such options available.

Campus Life

2.5

Yes we have different froms of extra curricular activities such as cricket badminton, singing, dancing, poster making etc.

Alumni/Alumna

The field of law help from alumni and seniors is very essential they are the one who help us and guide us. In our college also we get extensive support from our seniors and alumni. They are very helpful and help us to organise different events, to participate in different competition, in studies etc.

Admission

You will have to give an entrance exam. Then you will be judged on the basis of your entrance result and your tenth and twelveth results. the entrance is of 100 questions which carries 1/2 mark each. You can get in with a good mark in the entrance

Faculty

4

The faculty is good but there are no adequate no of staffs in the college which creates a huge problem.

Placements for Law have started recently and though aren't in full fledged but somehow they are good to motivate the juniors. 30-40k which is I feel a proud salary for a law student to begin with as otherwise even after studying law students are seen interning.

Well, I passed out in 2024 and till then some corporate houses such as Bajaj and Deloitte were the only major corporate houses which provided us placements. Also, firms like Khaitan & Co and others also started coming for placements. On and average 40-50k were the initial salaries that law students of our college were given.

Law firms of litigation or corporate law firms were among other who have joined hands with KIIT School of Law. It's an amazing college and placements too are good as generally freshers lawyers don't get what students of KIIT School of Law are paid from campus placements of KIIT School of Law. Thus our placements are next to NLUO in Orissa.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Specific curriculum aspects that influence the choice of a course include unique modules that align with your interests and career goals, a program's reputation, teaching and assessment methods, and opportunities like study abroad or internships. You should research the specific content, like whether a course is more theoretical or practical, and choose based on what best path. I took english hnrs because of english is my favourite subject... And about changes in english explanation is the best teaching part in this course .. so I want to change this part of my teacher that's all

The college has a seperate Placement Cell and the placement cell offers us placements. The students get eligible for placement after the completion of 4th year. There are many companies like Infotech limited, Riseon limited, Wipro limited, etc. they come for placements. The highest package is 55000/- per month that is received in our campus. In our campus 75% of students get admissions per batch. My interest is to continue persuing LLM in this institution after the completion of my BA LLB (H) course.
